Scheduled Maintenance

Christmas Extended Maintenance Dec 21, 2025 16:00 - Jan 2, 2026 12:00 GMT

We are conducting some extended maintenance and our volunteers are having a well-deserved break, so our systems are temporarily offline during the Christmas period.

You can still send emails to us at bookings@alfrey.org.uk, however our responses may be delayed until the system is available again.
Our systems will be back online Friday 2nd January @ 12PM.

System Downtime
Completed - Our host has brought our hosting environment back online and we have verified that everything is working as expected. The system is now once again accessible.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We have been informed by our host that our hosting environment will be undergoing a physical upgrade, and as a result our systems will be offline for a period of time. The expected time of the upgrade is 60m, but we will keep you up-to-date when this maintenance ends.
